Job summary

Cedarbrook Senior Living in Rochester, MI, is seeking a dynamic Dining Room Supervisor to oversee the afternoon dining period. You will assist with daily meal services for residents and guests, coordinate service flow, and mentor servers to uphold high standards of presentation and hospitality.

You will work closely with the Food Service Manager and Executive Chef to address concerns, ensure a clean, well-organized service area, and maintain compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates self-motivation, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience assisting with daily meal services and supervising dining staff.

Responsibilities

• Assists with executing daily meal services for all residents and guests.
• Receives and resolves dining room service concerns with Dining Services leadership.
• Ensures servers are trained to achieve high productivity and standards.
• Plans daily dining room set-up, sections, service and side-work based on resident meal counts.
• Maintains a clean, neat dining room and ensures safety shoes and name tags are worn.
