Job summary

Sylvania is seeking a Custodian Lead for the afternoon shift at a Minnesota school. You will assist the Building Supervisor by directing custodians, handling housekeeping and building maintenance, and performing other assigned duties.

Requires a High School diploma and a Minnesota 2nd Class Engineer Boiler License. Training in pneumatic controls and heating applications, electrical and mechanical fields is preferred. This position offers benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minnesota 2nd Class Engineer Boiler License required.
• Training or experience in pneumatic controls and heating applications desired.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform duties safely.

Responsibilities
