Ahschools is seeking a Custodian Lead - Day to join our facilities team. This full-time, 12-month position runs 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, on the first shift.

The role involves assisting the Building Supervisor, directing custodial staff, and maintaining the school building. Qualifications include a High School diploma, a Minnesota 2nd Class Boiler License, and experience with pneumatic controls, heating, electrical and mechanical systems.

Duties:

The duties of this position are to assist the Building Supervisor in directing work of custodians; assist with housekeeping and maintenance of the school building; other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Must have State of Minnesota 2nd Class Boiler License. Training or experience in pneumatic controls and heating applications, electrical and mechanical fields. Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds. Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day. Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions.

Rate of Pay:

$21.80/hour to $23.00/hour based on step and license/position, plus benefits.
