Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities to help recipients reach personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible schedules and weekly pay. No prior experience required—pass background checks and screenings will be completed during the virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to reinforce goals.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
