Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1-1 ABA therapy in clients' homes in the New York area, afternoons only, with potential for guaranteed hours.

You will work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–15, collect progress data, and help families apply strategies in daily routines. Prior RBT certification preferred; reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Pay range: $27.00-$30.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 ABA treatment to children in home-based settings.
• Collaborate with BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Support families in applying treatment strategies at home.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and team.
