Job summary

Headway ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work 1:1 with patients in home, school, and community settings, implementing treatment plans under BCBA direction and preparing program materials.

Qualifying candidates should have a High School Diploma and be willing to pursue RBT certification within 60 days. Reliable transportation and a passion for helping children with autism are essential, with paid training and ongoing professional
