Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and help clients participate in community outings to advance personal goals.

We value dependable team members, strong communication, and the ability to follow care plans while maintaining a flexible schedule and a positive attitude. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
