Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking passionate Behavior Therapists to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism ages 1-21 under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA strategies, collect data, and collaborate with families to maximize progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team with ongoing training, competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $26 per hour, and opportunities for growth within a leading ABA provider.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
