The position offers competitive afternoon shift pay, with differential rates of $23–$27 per hour (including a $2 differential for 3–6 pm).

Qualifications

• 18+ with GED/HS diploma or higher.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle available at all times.
• CORI check required.
• DRIVING record check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA instruction to children with autism.
• Support in crisis situations and implement behavioral strategies.
• Document incidents and plans timely and accurately.
