Job summary

New Beginnings ABA is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) behavior therapist for weekday afternoon sessions in Southbridge, MA. The role focuses on one-to-one ABA instruction for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, across home, center, and community settings.

Work is part-time, with a defined 3:00/3:30 pm – 6:00 pm schedule, and a competitive afternoon differential. Qualifications include a GED/HS diploma, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass CORI and driving

Qualifications

• GED/HS diploma or higher.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other staff to support therapy sessions.
• Engage with families to reinforce strategies across settings.
