Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes or community settings, with part-time afternoon or evening hours.

You will record session data, collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors, and support skill building and care plans while fostering a positive learning environment.

Paid training is provided; this role offers flexibility and an entry point into psychology with real-world impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
