Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if hired as level 3 BT.
• Interest in working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Provide direct therapy in a center-based setting.
• Teach communication, social, daily living and adaptive skills.
• Use reinforcement, prompting, shaping, and behavior reduction strategies.
• Collect session data and document using an iPad.
• Monitor progress and report to the BCBA supervisor.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
• Participate in trainings and supervision meetings.
