Job summary

Compass ABA Therapy is hiring ABA Behavior Technician/RBTs for afternoon shifts in Bergen County, NJ. This part-time role involves 3–4 hours per day, afternoons or evenings, serving clients in homes or community settings.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children develop communication, play, social, and daily living skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued; on-site schedules are provided in Wood-Ridge and Garfield locations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish to communicate with clients, families and team members.
• Experience working with children or autism is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to participate in on-site visits.
• Strong communication and comfort with technology are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
• Work in homes or community settings with families and staff.
• Collaborate with families on treatment plans and progress data collection.
