Compass ABA Therapy is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs for afternoon shifts in Jersey City and North Bergen, NJ. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision, helping them build communication, play, social, and daily living skills in home or community settings.

Part-time role (15–20 hrs/week) with afternoon/evening hours; compensation $20–30/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (college preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Meet physical requirements: active movement and play-based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
• Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
• Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Collect and record data to guide treatment.
• Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
