Job summary

Compass ABA Therapy is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs for afternoon shifts in Somerset, NJ. The role involves delivering individualized ABA therapy to children with autism, focusing on communication, play, social, and daily living skills in homes or community settings.

Responsibilities include one-on-one therapy under supervision, skill-building, data collection, and collaboration with families. A High School Diploma is required, with college preferred, and we welcome applicants authorized

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (college preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete onboarding requirements.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication.
• Ability to engage in play-based activities and active movement.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Build skills, manage behavior, and foster independence.
• Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Offer encouragement and compassionate support during sessions.
• Maintain a safe, structured learning environment and collect data to guide treatment.
• Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
