Job summary

Compass ABA Therapy is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs for afternoon shifts in Landing, NJ. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision, helping build communication, social, and daily living skills in homes or community settings.

The role is part-time (15–20 hrs/week) with compensation of $20–$30/hr based on experience. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days of employment, plus supervision hours toward certification and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete onboarding.
• Physical ability for active movement and play-based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Work in homes or community settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to guide treatment progress.
• Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
