Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing service experience.
• 2+ years supporting aftermarket services in manufacturing.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• SAP experience including SD, ARM, Service Management, and Planning.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open service cases and track key performance indicators.
• Coordinate return logistics and maintain service records.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders throughout the repair, return, and service process.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Warehousing, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Shipping, and Customer Service.
• Help resolve issues and drive timely case closure.
• Support cross-functional communication and prioritization of requests.
