Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive professional to drive aftermarket sales and support customers across channels. You will prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and build lasting relationships to exceed sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in technical support and familiarity with SAP and MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
• Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle non-standard problems with effective solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer management software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue aftermarket sales opportunities with existing customers and new prospects.
• Prepare quotations for in-house manufactured or externally purchased components and parts.
• Coordinate and communicate within the organization to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Attend tradeshows and visit customers as required.
• Provide post-sale technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
