Job summary

LifePort in Woodland, WA is seeking a detail-oriented sales support professional to provide spares and aftermarket assistance across product lines. You will build customer relationships, prepare quotes, and support the sales team through telemarketing and online channels.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with experience in ERP systems and MS Office. A High School Diploma or GED is required, BA/BS preferred. Export control compliance is a consideration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS in related aerospace field preferred.
• Experience in sales support or customer service is desirable.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain contacts with existing and potential customers.

• Prepare quotes and sales orders; support telemarketing and internet sales.
• Provide product instruction and keep informed on new offerings.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to expedite shipments.
