Job summary

LifePort in Woodland, WA seeks an experienced Engineering Project Lead to direct multi-disciplinary programs from concept through delivery. You will create schedules, coordinate design reviews, and liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time, within-budget project completion.

The role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and hands-on experience with SolidWorks and ERP systems in an aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Aerospace from ABET accredited program.
• 10–15 years of experience in engineering/project leadership.
• Familiarity with FAA and MIL testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from planning through delivery.
• Create and track schedules using MS Project or equivalent.
• Coordinate design reviews and sign-offs with stakeholders.
• Mentor lower level engineers and participate in peer reviews.
• Interface with supply chain for vendor development and delivery.
• Prepare project deliverables, bids, and technical documentation.
