Job summary

Davey Coach Sales, a leader in van and bus sales in Colorado, seeks an Aftermarket Sales Representative to sell parts, graphics, and service options to new customers and manage accounts. The role blends inside/outside sales, focusing on generating leads through cold calls, directories, referrals, and inbound inquiries.

Responsibilities include establishing new accounts, studying client needs, maintaining reports, resolving issues, and meeting monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer or sales role.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Preferred history of successful sales experience in related industry.
• Extraordinary customer service skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily calls on potential leads.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customer needs.
• Keeps management informed with daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly sales records.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Completes and exceeds sales objectives and monthly quotas.
• Creates or processes all quotes and estimates in Karmak.
