GA Industries, a brand of VAG USA, LLC, is seeking an Aftermarket Specialist to manage and support aftermarket parts and service within SAP. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to ensure accurate, timely order processing and responsive customer service.

You will serve as a key contact for aftermarket inquiries, quote requests, and RMAs, while assisting with spare parts identification, warranty claims, and field service coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience in aftermarket support or order management.
• Experience in SAP ERP and ERP environments with high accuracy in data entry and processing.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Enter, process, and manage aftermarket parts orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to fulfill orders.
• Handle returns, RMAs, warranty claims, and service-related transactions.
• Monitor open orders, lead times, and delivery commitments to customers.
• Provide timely information on pricing, availability, and order status.
