Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an Aftermarket Commercial Operations Coordinator to link customers with internal teams, driving orders from RFQ to delivery in the oil and gas sector. You will coordinate with inside sales, buyers, engineering, and R&M to ensure timely quotations, accurate orders, and proactive customer updates.

The role requires 3–7 years in commercial operations and proficiency with ERP systems (JDE Oracle/SAP) and Salesforce, with travel up to 10% internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma required.
• 3–7 years in commercial operations, inside sales, order management, or related fields in industrial/oil & gas environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workflows in fast-paced settings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-priority management abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE Oracle or SAP) and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel domestically and up to 10% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue aftermarket quotations for parts, repairs, upgrades, rentals, and services.
• Coordinate with buyers, engineering, and supply chain for costing, lead times, and inputs.
• Process customer purchase orders and raise internal demand signals in ERP.
• Align maintenance activities, material availability, and delivery timelines with schedulers and R&M.
• Drive cross-functional execution and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide customers with order status updates and lead time communications.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, quotation, order, and backlog data in Salesforce and ERP.
• Support continuous improvement of aftermarket processes and quote turnaround.
