Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases, through its NEAT division, seeks an Operations Manager - Aftermarket and Parts to lead aftermarket operations, grow revenue from spare parts, repairs, and service programs, and strengthen customer relationships across the product lifecycle.

You will work with sales, engineering, operations, and supply chain to optimize inventory, pricing, warranties, and long-term support agreements, while guiding a team and delivering profitability and service levels for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of aftermarket services, spare parts management, service operations, or industrial equipment sales.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow aftermarket revenue through spare parts, repairs, field services, upgrades, and service agreements.
• Oversee spare parts forecasting, planning, procurement, and inventory control.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for aftermarket customers and manage warranties and product support.
• Support sales with aftermarket opportunities and develop spare parts forecasts and revenue plans.
• Lead and develop spare parts, customer service, and aftermarket personnel; establish KPIs.
