Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in Irvine, CA, is seeking an Operations Manager - Aftermarket and Parts for NEAT. You will lead aftermarket operations, oversee spare parts, services, warranties, and long-term support programs to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and supply chain to grow revenue, optimize pricing, and manage inventory while developing KPIs.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in aftermarket services, spare parts management, service operations or industrial equipment sales.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop aftermarket strategies to grow revenue through spare parts, repairs, field services, upgrades, and service agreements.
• Oversee spare parts forecasting, planning, procurement, and inventory control.
• Lead customer service, warranty claims, and service programs to improve satisfaction and SLAs.
• Support sales with aftermarket opportunities and long-term account development.
• Lead team performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
