Job Responsibilities

• Manage sales of re-manufactured, relined, and new brake shoes, kits, and components for heavy-duty applications.
• Operate remotely within the West region, covering California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, provide excellent service, and expand sales revenue.
• Create and execute territory sales plans to meet business objectives.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, gather market intelligence, and prepare sales presentations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and resolve customer issues to foster long-term partnerships.
• Travel extensively to visit customers and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of OE or aftermarket brake systems and vehicle maintenance.
• Results-oriented with excellent organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of automotive aftermarket experience preferred.
• Residence near a major airport within the West region is required.
• Ability to travel over 60% of the time.
