What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage sales of re-manufactured, relined, and new brake shoes, kits, and components for heavy-duty applications
2. Maximize sales revenues within an existing and prospective customer base
3. Generate and execute a territory sales plan to meet annual operating plan goals
4. Conduct regular sales meetings and communicate effectively with customers
5. Identify, solicit, and close sales opportunities independently

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly
3. Knowledge of OE or aftermarket brake systems and components
4. Ability to travel over 60% of the time
5. Must reside in the west region near a major airport
