Job summary

The Knoxville-area Rescue Mission (KARM) is seeking an Aftercare Manager to oversee the Aftercare program and help participants transition to independent community living. You will work closely with participants, staff, volunteers, and partners to ensure access to resources and support beyond homelessness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in relational ministry and trauma-informed approach.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Aftercare participants to build trust and provide encouragement.
• Coordinate with Case Managers and Housing Coordinators to plan transitions.
• Maintain participant progress records and program outcomes.
• Supervise Aftercare staff and volunteers.
• Collaborate with Director of Aftercare on program development.
• Support eviction-prevention and community resource linkage.
