Job summary

TFI Family Services in Parsons, Kansas, is hiring a full-time Aftercare Case Manager to support families and children who have achieved permanency through reintegration, adoption, guardianship, or aging out of care.

You’ll focus on risk management, provide crisis intervention, coordinate community services, maintain documentation, and meet families in person to support reunification and resolve concerns.
