Job summary

TFI Family Services is hiring a full-time Aftercare Case Manager to support families and children as they reintegrate and achieve permanency.

You’ll focus on risk management, crisis intervention, and coordination of community services, meeting with families in person to aid reunification and stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to learn—we’ll provide all the training you need!
