Job summary

2INgage is seeking an Aftercare Case Manager to support children and families who have achieved permanency through reintegration or adoption. You’ll focus on risk management, crisis intervention, and coordinating services to maintain family stability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human services and a valid driver’s license, plus a willingness to learn; we provide comprehensive training and a supportive team to help you grow.
