Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification and Narcan training are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with aftercare goals and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain case notes and documentation in electronic or manual formats.
• Provide guidance and referrals to community services.
• Support intake and enrollment of new residents and supervise activities.
• Transport residents to appointments and assist with coordination with other programs.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Conduct weekly group therapy sessions focusing on aftercare education and resources.
