Job summary

PHMC is seeking a Site-Based Coordinator for the Bridge Intensive Prevention Services (BIPS) in Philadelphia to plan and oversee on-site programming for at‑risk youth ages 10–19 and their families. You will lead psychoeducational groups, coordinate Family Nights, and plan trips while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services field is required.
• At least four years of experience working with at‑risk youth.
• Experience working with diverse populations including at‑risk youth and families.
• Experience applying trauma‑informed care principles in direct services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee on-site programming for at‑risk youth 10–19 using strengths-based, trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop curricula, evaluate educational consultants, and monitor group activities for quality and engagement.
• Organize activities and workshops on topics relevant to program participants.
• Provide individual support sessions and facilitate psychoeducational groups and other activities.
• Plan monthly Family Nights and recreational/educational trips; coordinate guest speakers and community service events.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to deliver activities and connect youth with resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations to link youth and families to resources.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and community events; perform duties to support operations.
