Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation seeks a Site-Based Coordinator for the Bridge Intensive Prevention Services (BIPS) in West Philadelphia. You will plan on-site programming for at-risk youth ages 10–19 and lead psychoeducational groups using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.

You will collaborate with staff and partners to deliver activities, organize Family Nights, and maintain attendance records and reports.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• At least four years of experience with at‑risk youth.
• Experience using trauma‑informed care in direct services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate on-site programming for at‑risk youth ages 10–19 using a person‑centered, strengths‑based, and trauma‑informed approach.
• Develop curricula, supervise educational consultants, and monitor activities to support program quality and youth engagement.
• Organize activities and workshops on topics relevant to program participants.
• Provide individual support sessions and facilitate psychoeducational groups and other support activities.
• Plan and coordinate monthly Family Nights and recreational and educational trips.
• Collaborate with program staff and educational consultants to deliver activities, coordinate guest speakers, and assist with community service events.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations throughout Philadelphia to connect youth and families with appropriate resources.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, community events, and other meetings as assigned.
• Maintain accurate, timely group and attendance records and enter progress notes in the CBPS database.
• Complete required program reports and other documentation.
• Perform additional administrative duties assigned by the Program Director to support program operations and growth.
