Paycom - ATS is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement positive youth development practices and ensure program quality at the Naperville site. You will lead staff, guide daily activities, and oversee snacks and supplies to operate the program.

Collaborating with schools and families, you will help plan events, maintain files, and ensure compliance with DCFS and YMCA standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, decision-making, and strong communication.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old and/or 5 years older than the oldest child in the program.
• Previous experience in a childcare or education setting supporting high-quality programs.
• Capacity to make effective decisions and communicate well with team, parents and children.

Responsabilidades

• Implement program curriculum with staff while ensuring the program meets quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff on site and plan staff meetings.
• Oversee ordering and distribution of snacks, materials and supplies for the program.
• Collaborate with teachers, principals and other staff to align activities and ensure program success.
• Maintain and audit program files according to DCFS and YMCA standards.
• Assist in development and execution of events and seasonal programs; support marketing and retention efforts.
• Fill in for other staff as needed.

Educación

Associate’s degree in child development or early childhood education or the equivalent in child development, early childhood education or early childhood special education
