The Hanover Township After-School Program is seeking a part-time Youth Program Lead to supervise Youth Program Assistants and participants in the Open Gym Program. The role emphasizes PYD and RP methods to ensure safety and engagement of youth served.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Schedule includes afternoons with some evenings and weekends as requested.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Willingness to work regular evenings and occasional weekends.

Responsabilités

• Under the direction of the After-School Program Coordinator, supervise Youth Program Assistants and participants.
• Model Positive Youth Development and Restorative Practices in interactions and ensure safety.

Connaissances

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Supervisory experience

Willingness to work evenings/weekends

Proficient in Microsoft Office
