Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio in Garfield Heights, OH is hiring After School Youth Program Staff (YDP) for the Elmwood Club. Roles involve assisting with after-school programming, promoting participation, and recruitment of members.

Part-time, 2 pm–6 pm, ~20 hours/week, starting at $17/hour. Candidates should have a passion for youth, be able to work in supervised, safe environments, and meet basic prerequisites (1 year youth experience preferred, background check, drug test, HS diploma).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.

Are you interested in Making a Difference in the Lives of Local Youth? Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring NOW! We have an immediate opening for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at our Elmwood Club in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Our YDPs assist with after-school programming at our Clubs

We are looking for individuals with a passion for working with youth, in supervised, fun and safe environments. Our YDPs are responsible for planning and implementing appropriate program activities; tracking, promoting and encouraging program participation; and assisting with membership recruitment.

• Positions are Part-time, Monday-Friday
• Approx schedule is 2 pm - 6 pm - 20 hours per week.
• Starting pay rate is $ 17 per hour.
