Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring NOW! We have an immediate opening for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at our Elyria South Rec Center Club in Elyria, Ohio, to support supervised youth programs.

Part-time, Monday–Friday, roughly 2 pm–6 pm (20 hours/week) with a starting pay of $17 per hour. We seek individuals who enjoy mentoring youth in a safe, fun environment and are prepared to complete required checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement appropriate program activities for youth.
• Track, promote and encourage program participation.
• Assist with membership recruitment.
