Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is seeking Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) for the Joseph Gallagher Club in the Ohio City/westside Cleveland area to support after-school programming.

You will help plan activities, promote participation, and assist with membership recruitment while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Part-time, 2 pm–6 pm, about 20 hours per week, with starting pay of $17 per hour and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement after-school programming activities.
• Promote program participation and membership recruitment.

We have an immediate opening for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at our Joseph Gallagher Club in the Ohio City/westside Cleveland area. Our YDPs assist with after-school programming at our Clubs

We are looking for individuals with a passion for working with youth, in supervised, fun and safe environments. Our YDPs are responsible for planning and implementing appropriate program activities; tracking, promoting and encouraging program participation; and assisting with membership recruitment.

• Positions are Part-time, Monday-Friday
• Approx schedule is 2 pm - 6 pm - 20 hours per week.
• Starting pay rate is $ 17 per hour.
