Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio are seeking Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) for the Helen Arnold Club in Akron, Ohio to support after-school programming.

Part-time, Monday-Friday, roughly 2 pm to 6 pm, totaling about 20 hours per week, with starting pay of $17 per hour. Paid holidays, PTO, training and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience with youth and be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.
