Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) for the Joseph Gallagher Club in the Ohio City/westside Cleveland area. Positions are part-time, Monday-Friday, approx. 2 pm - 6 pm (20 hours per week).

Starting pay rate is $17 per hour. YDPs assist with after-school programming, plan activities, promote participation, and support membership recruitment in a supervised, fun environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Assist with after-school programming at Boys & Girls Clubs.
• Plan and implement appropriate program activities.
• Track, promote and encourage program participation.
• Assist with membership recruitment.
