The Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue is seeking a Youth Development Professional (YDP) for a part-time role (25-29 hours per week). You will help plan and deliver safe, engaging programs across Education & Career Development, Sports & Recreation, and Homework Support at our Bellevue club.

The YDP will build positive relationships with members and families, maintain a safe learning environment, communicate professionally with parents and staff, and serve as a positive role model while

Qualifications

• Experience with youth, parents/guardians, and community partners.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must pass National Background Check.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the planning and implementation of Club programs and ensure quality youth engagement.
• Monitor and participate in youth activities to create a safe and positive learning environment for all Club members.
• Build meaningful, positive relationships with youth and families.
• Communicate professionally with Club members, parents, and staff.
• Model positive behaviors for children and staff.
