  • Willingness to participate in activities with children
  • Must attend YMCA trainings and uphold appearance guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a safe, well-organized childcare program
  • Plan weekly activities for 10–15 children
  • Lead games and activities
  • Take daily attendance and ensure proper sign-in/out
  • Prepare and distribute approved snacks/meals
  • Report injuries to the site coordinator
  • Attend staff meetings and trainings
  • Develop positive relationships with school staff and members
  • Demonstrate YMCA values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility
