EduCare Foundation seeks Frontline Staff to create engaging, safe after-school experiences for students in Los Angeles County. You will mentor, tutor, and lead activities across academic, enrichment, sports, and arts programs.

You will maintain attendance, build relationships with students and school communities, and follow safety protocols while collaborating with the Site Coordinator and team to deliver high-quality, inclusive programs.

Competenze

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent required; option for an associate degree or 12 college units.
Two years experience in youth-centered, educational, recreation, after-school, or community-based program preferred.
Experience teaching, leading, coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or supporting students from diverse backgrounds is valuable.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Mansioni

Develop and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate student activities.
Maintain accurate attendance records and sign-in/out procedures.
Recruit students to participate in programs and events.
Supervise and mentor students to ensure safety and positive behavior.
Collaborate with Site Coordinator and EduCare staff to deliver high-quality programs.
