Job summary

EduCare Foundation is seeking Frontline Staff to create engaging, safe after-school experiences. You will tutor, coach, and mentor students, supervise activities, and help recruit participants for events and field trips.

As part of a mission-driven team, you will collaborate with Site Coordinators to design age-appropriate programs, maintain attendance records, and promote student social-emotional development while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or degree is a plus.
• Experience with youth programs or education settings is preferred.
• Ability to develop engaging activities and clearly communicate expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure sign-in/out procedures are followed.
• Supervise students actively and ensure safety at all times.
• Recruit students to participate and support events/field trips.
• Collaborate with Site Coordinator and program leadership to ensure quality experiences.
• Build positive relationships with students and school communities.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to learners.
• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns promptly.
