Job summary

EduCare Foundation in Los Angeles is seeking Frontline Staff to create engaging, safe after-school experiences where students explore interests, gain skills, and build confidence.

You will work with the Site Coordinator, lead activities across academics, enrichment, sports, and arts, supervise students, maintain attendance, and support events and field trips while fostering an inclusive, empathetic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience with youth programs preferred.
• Ability to supervise groups and maintain safety.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Prepare lesson plans for assigned programs.
• Maintain attendance records and reports.
• Recruit students to participate in programs.
• Supervise students during programs, events, and field trips.
• Collaborate with Site Coordinator and school staff.
