Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher in New York to lead classrooms, mentor junior staff, and implement the center's curriculum in a safe, nurturing environment. You will partner with families to deliver high-quality care and education, while supporting center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

Ideal candidates have CDA credentials (or NAEYC candidacy), CPR/First Aid, and 2–3 years of early childhood experience; a bachelor's in ECE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements; state trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
