Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor peers, delivering our curriculum in a nurturing environment. You will partner with families to support children’s growth and coordinate with center staff to drive enrollment and learning outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, a CDA or state credential, CPR/First Aid readiness, and a commitment to high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet or pursue CDA Credential; state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
