Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in the United States is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach and mentor less experienced educators, and to deliver the curriculum while creating a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will partner with parents and center staff to support enrollment and accreditation goals, and you’ll cultivate positive relationships with families, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Possess CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success and enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
