Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Teacher to support learning and development across our centers. The role involves leading and mentoring fellow teachers, delivering the KinderCare curriculum, and creating a safe, engaging environment for children and families.

You will collaborate with parents and center staff to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals while building strong relationships with the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to read, write, speak English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
